It's truly amazing, I'm not exaggerating. The grind is incredibly fine and smooth, and even after whisking for less than 10 seconds, the texture is still quite defined. Even after adding it to milk, the texture remains prominent. I loved it so much I thought it was delicious. Of course, I'll order it again without hesitation!
